Thread: Tired of even trying to keep this place up...

Default Tired of even trying to keep this place up...

OK folks...no one posts here anymore nor do we even have a sense of comradery or even hang out except for the choice few who we know participate in the weekend get togethers which are always good times

BUT I was hoping we could all get more local jeepers and off-road enthusiasts to make this site more active....I am keeping the server(s) up to play with other web applications but I won't be keeping the forums application up to date only to post up once in awhile as I see that's what everyone else feels like doing...

Yeah, sorry Ben (and everybody)...looks like things have really slowed down here...I hope to be more involved this spring and summer, so I'll keep checking in. Thanks for all your efforts!

Hey Anton....it is a ghost town I guess during winter

I am starting the process of bringing RichmondJeepers.com back up and running

edit: Mike moved to PA with the Family so I don't know if he still has Ace4WD or not....seems he dropped off the face of the earth too

I called Mike the other day (about a month ago) because one of my friends was considering a lift kit for his Wrangler...Mike wasn't selling/ordering any more parts through Ace4wd. But he said all is well with him and the family!

    I agree.

I know I have not been around much anymore either.

Busy with work and house and wife and kids...

I still have my YJ... covered with dust and pollen and miscellaneous parts in the garage.

I still have my ZJ... running as a DD and planning Version 2.0... more lift, new rims and bigger tires.

(My wife does not understand why I want to spend $1000 on a 12 year old vehicle with 139K on it...)

I have my F150... covered with dust and pollen in the driveway.

I do miss the old RJ... having local Jeep friends to wrench and hang out with.

I actually talked to MJ on the phone recently, called him with a non-Jeep question and chatted for 15 minutes or so.

I am still in Lakeside and my number is still the same...

    Just m,y .02

    The short version:
1998 5.9 Limited - The DD. It's got neat stuff...
1995 YJ - Project Budget Build... It needs more stuff...
1992 F-150 - Project Yard Truck It needs more stuff too...
